Vacation Stop 10 - 17 Aug. Came home 16 Aug, weeks worth of papers on porch.

Complained, no results.

Tues 18 Aug, no paper, called, promised replacement paper, got nothing. Wed 19 Aug, no paper, called, promised replacement, nada. Thur 20 Aug, no paper, called, no replacement promised,but business manager would call me Fri.

Fri 21 Aug, no paper, no call from business manager, called, talked to a supervisor to vioce my displeasure, didn't seem to care about this SNAFU.

Cancelled subscription of 8 years and 52 years of readership ended. Still awaiting refund of 6 weeks of 8 week period.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $24. The author is overall dissatisfied with Philadelphia Inquirer. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

Same here - vacation hold on account. Still getting the paper. Supposedly paid up through November - after that, will get my paper from the local store
