I have called many, many times concerning the delivery service from the Inquirer. This past Monday I received TWO papers, today no paper .
This has been an on-going problem. Additionally I have asked at least 10 times to have my paper thrown up to the front door and this has not happened most times. I am a very unhappy customer and probably will consider going to another newspaper in my area!!! This kind of service is inexcusable.
Many times I was this this would be "ESCALATED" to the manager. HUMM No improvement.
