worst customer service - had delivery for over a year and when a new carrier never bagged the paper which caused wet paper every time it rained, I contacted customer service by phone and/or online and never got a paper replaced I called to cancel since this happened 10 times in 30 days. Unfortunately the customer service department didn't bother to relay this to the carrier as well as any other complaints I had so had to call back the next day to again cancel again and make sure to get a refund for the 7 weeks I already paid for.

It took 4 weeks to get the credit and it is not the amount that was quoted.

It is about $2 less which is not worth my time to contact them again but I will spend my time making sure nobody else wastes their time with this horrible customer service department. Moved on to another local paper
