Philadelphia Inquirer - Delivery service now....and then....no change ... it sucks
Having been a subscriber to the Philadelphia Inquirer for most of the past 25 years it seems that they just don't care about the customer any more. Several months ago, after missing delivery after delivery (I think I had several weeks of revised billing) I stopped service.
Paper was delivered on time for the next week or two then stopped as requested. 4 weeks ago I started the subscription again as my mother in law moved in with us and she enjoys reading the paper.
Well they have missed a delivery each of the past three weeks...each email to them requested a manager/supervisor to call since I live on a street where there are just 7 homes and 5 of us subscribe, but we are the ONLY ones that get missed papers...how can this be a repeat of previous problems...or is it an Inquire Ground Hog Day bad movie.... maybe someone who has some honor there will read this and contact me...you have my emails, voice mails etc...HOw about it???
Monetary Loss: $4.

Its three weeks in a row no weekend delivery. It happens every summer, and when they say they will get a delivery out, they don't, When I ask for credit, I don't get it. Last chance or I cancel
Same thing happens to me week after week. Actually, month after month at this point.
