Philadelphia Inquirer - Cannot stop paper delivery while on vacation
I tried to stop delivery of the paper while on vacation. Every place I go on the internet, all I get is *** advertisement.
Fix the sites to allow people to contact you to hold delivery while on vacation. I am ready to cancel the paper from you. I am going to call customer service to put the paper on hold, but this is something a subscriber should not have to do. By that I mean being put through hoops.
Now you want at least 100 words. This is a disgrace. Why are you making your sites almost impossible to work with.
I am sure that the geniuses you have working for you have no problem navigating around your sites. I am a dumb *** not a genius.

I agree. And they no longer reimburse you for the papers you are NOT receiving while on vacation.
Totally agree. Vac hold should be easy. I always have to do it by calling.
Why is holding the newspaper for a week so hard to do. Customer Service site is not helpful.
i found how to schedule a vacation hold but my carrier routinely ignores it. Now i have flags for burglars to see with my driveway full of newspapers.
I am thinking of contacting an attorney to o put them on notice if anything would happen.
My carrier is also lazy, never double wraps so i routinely get wet papers. I used to be a Bulletin carrier in my youth and find these people to be *** today with the total lack of service or care.
I agree. I will now cancel my subscription permanently since I had to go on a wild goose chase to cancel while on vacation and was unable to get this done.
Previous owners had it together. Simple and como,eye!
I agree that the previous Inquirer owners had a vacation hold site that was easy to find and use. The site now is impossible and I agree with the person who badmouthed you but I am too polite to do that. Your new ownership is lousy!
