Missed delivery 3 times month of Jan 2021

No Sunday paper early in month, message was paper would be delivered that Sunday. Sunday paper was delivererd on MONDAY. Called and indicated we would not be paying for that paper, no paper 1/27/2021, credit to account? no paper 1/29/2021, cannot get through to service on this day.

Delivery problem. Have not received paper for two (2) days.

My newspaper was not delivered for two days, January 26 and27. I was not offered to have the newspapers delivered even though late. I do expect to be credited for those copies not delivered. It is very frustrating to not be able to keep up with my local news when I am paying for delivery.

User's recommendation: Stay on phone line although it takes a long time for response.

Cancel subscription

I canceled my sub. 3 weeks ago but still get the paper. This is the second time I have tried and was put on hold got over 20 minutes or transferred to a busy line and no one came back. The prompt system did not allow me to make a decision before they cut me off and repeated my choices. What a total mess. And whem I did get the paper I never knew when it would arrive if it did at all.

Ridiculous interaction

I contacted the Inquirer chat so that I could report a missed newspaper. They wanted to connect me to a lawyer !!! What a ridiculous chat system.

As I stated in my previous message I was charged for The Inquirer $16 back in September or October and I have never received anything I would like my $16 put back into the account or a check sent for

Because you charge my damn credit card and I canceled this some time ago since I never received the paper

No delivery on 12/06/2020

This is the second Sunday of non delivery during this billing cycle. I have no idea why this is happening. Since Ive had Sunday deliveries I had my paper usually before 6 am. However for at the past 6-8 months the paper has been inconsistently delivered. Im never sure if the paper will be delivered. This is very disappointing!

User's recommendation: Why would I make recommendations to future costumers? I have none!

Grandma was very bad service

Because you charge my damn credit card and I canceled this some time ago since I never received the paper and was charged $16 or so never received anything

I again did not receive a paper this morning - the second week in a row. If I do not receive a paper next Sunday, I will cancel my subscription.

Can’t even deliver digital issue.

The Inquirer needs to fire its entire IT department and look to a real newspaper for how to distribute their product. We cancelled our home delivery after 40 years because of poor service reported by others, and the digital edition is next to go. No wonder local newspapers are failing, theyre doing it to themselves.

Delivery

Paper is late or never delivered more times it is actually. When I called customer service they tell me I can read it on my iPad. I know I can read it on my iPad, I pay extra for delivery. Have contacted Inquirer many times, still no satisfaction. To make things worse several times I tried to read it on my iPad but their format is all messed up.
