Delivery Issues

Receive paper about half the time. Phone reporting of the same is impossible since you put subscriber on half-hour hold. 800 # pick up was not exactly polite. He suggested going digital. Digital is hard to bring to the breakfast table and, it's impossible to do the puzzles. Otherwise print size is good, heavy liberal slant. Admire recent self evaluation.

User's recommendation: If in fringe subscription area, expect routine non-deliveries.

Daily delivry

John Abruzzo email johnmar3596@***.com. We did not get Sundays paper and last week we did not get 2 papers. The delivery of the other papers the last week or so has been to 132 Trent Rd. Our address is 130 Trent Rd Turnersville, NJ. Please have the papers delivered to 130 Trent Thank you

Lousy and unresponsive service

Paper delivery has been horrendous. 7 days in a row this week I had to contact customer service due to no delivery. Automated system malfunctions over and over. Something changed over the last month. After being a subscriber for many many years I finally cancelled my subscription.

Poor customer service

Do not receive my paper every day. Calling customer service futile. Waiting time to speak to a human could take hours and then only to get a credit for that day. I want the newspaper delivered!

Delivery problems

Only received one paper in 8days.when I call Im told Ill get it by 10am.never happens.sometimes Ill get 2the next day.awful service.please cancel my subscription

Never received Sunday paper

Everything is fine now with my Inquirer and Daily News. The carrier is very polite and friendly would 2 new customers we like to physically hold something while they read if it's new times with some of the old wouldn't change it for anything in the world and I still use the new technology. Thank you for your concerns

NO SUNDAY DELIVERY FOUR WEEKS

Our very reliable carrier retired December. 2020. Since then, I have not had a Sunday delivery of the paper. Despite NUMEROUS phone calls to customer service, emails, NOTHING has been done to rectify the problem. Each time I call, I'm promised a delivered paper, but NOBODY delivers one!

No Delivery or satisfaction with customer service

I have not had a paper delivery in 5 days even though I have called customer service every day and sometimes more than once, left emails with my phone number requesting a district manager to call, and leaving on my outside light as suggested by customer service. I am trying to get the email address of the CEO with no luck!

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Since the Philadelphia Inquirer changed delivery persons we have not received our newspaper. To add gas to the fire you cannot even get through to customer service. This is shameful and disgusting. They have no problem debating our credit card each month. EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND READ DIGITAL WITHOUT THIS BS

I am no longer receiving the Daily News. They stopped delivering the paper on January 25th. This was even before the snow storm.

Delivery problem

I did not receive my newspaper for eleven (11) days, not including today (2/3/21). I called several times and was on hold for up to 30 minutes. I was never offered to have the copies delivered. I was credited but I received an invoice when I am not receiving copies. I have been a customer for over 25 years and this is the first time I have had this kind of problem.

Never received Sunday paper

Re-subscribe to both the Daily News and the Sunday Inquirer finally start getting the Daily News last week but for 4 weeks have never received a Sunday Inquirer I want one now or I want my money back now

Unhappy

For several months we have often missed our paper delivery and been able to reach customer service for a late delivery or refund. Now we havent received our paper for 5 days in a row and cant even reach customer service. After being a subscriber since 1980 this is very frustrating.

Didn’t get my paper yet.

Not the first time, maybe the fifth but Im getting charged for it. I look forward to the paper on Sunday, especially when I pay in advance for it
