Terrible delivery service

Missing almost half the time, have to call, wait on hold 15 plus minutes, to report it for credit Only pay forward what you owe, extend your subscription Poor customer service.

User's recommendation: forget about delivery in Worcester PA area. Terrible service. Don't bother with this company.record. Go online or read another paper.nee instead. Frustrating not receiving and having to report it.

Delivery

Horrible delivery to Bucks county. I cancelled. They can't deliver on time as they state on their advertised times.

User's recommendation: Look at Wawa although today not even they had them. Sign said NO Inquirer.

Late weekend deliveries

For the past couple of months my weekend deliveries have been around 11 to noon. I know you are having trouble finding delivery people. Is this situation likely to improve? I like to read my papers with breakfast. Thank you so much.

Delivery time

I dont know if someones stealing my paper or if its just not delivered. Ive asked for the paper to be thrown farther in because this isnt the first time I didnt get the paper. I just logged s complaint with a robotic customer service. In the past when Ive been able to talk to a human their just rude.

No deliveries

Ever since the Spring House Estates (728 Norristown Rd., Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002) lifted restrictions for the carrier to deliver papers to the apartments as he did before restrictions were in place he has refused to resume deliveries. Please take steps to make the carrier deliver the papers as before!

No paper

I got the Inquirer like clockwork for years. All of a sudden, no paper for weeks. Waiting on the phone line for 20 minutes every time to get a credit got old very fast, so I cancelled. Still waiting for a refund that was supposed to happen in a few days. That was about 2 weeks ago.

User's recommendation: Make sure they have a delivery person before getting home delivery.

Delivery issues

Horrible Sunday delivery. In the last 8 weeks I have missed the delivery completely twice and on two other occasions I have received the NY Times and the Courier Post instead of the Inquirer. Then you have to sit on the phone for at least 30 minutes for someone to finally pick up to say "sorry" we will give you credit for the missed paper. I don't want credit I want the paper delivered!! Then, they tell me they don't re-deliver the paper on the same day in NJ. Terrible service!!!

Delivery problems

Several weeks cumulatively of undelivered papers. No credit for three weeks of vacation hold. Held on hold for nearly 1 hour.

Cancel a subscription

Yes. We cant get through to their customer service to cancel a subscription. They make it impossible to cancel and unlike other publications, they dont offer the option, online to cancel.

No delivery for 2 days

No delivery for past 2 days. Spotty delivery since Christmas! Today marks the TENTH time we've not received a paper. Plus, NO ONE seems to be able to address the problem. No matter what number I dial, it tumbles right back to the prerecorded Granny voice offering help -- which, for the past 2 months has been a joke! We are "thisclose" to cancelling a nearly 40-year subscription. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, PEOPLE!!!

Terrible customer service

Waited 40 minutes to start a new subscription. Awful. Plus, their voicemail prompts were not working. Terrible. I did start a new subscription for home delivery - 7 days a week, 2 years ago. They missed the first 2 days, then they delivered on the 3rd day, and didn't deliver for days. They told me that they were having delivery problems....YA THINK?!!! When I told them I was also an advertiser - FULL PAGE ads, they really didn't care.
