I want my paper. I finally got my paper this morning and I called a few times yesterday to get my Sunday papers. Hopefully the company is getting things straightened out.

User's recommendation: If you have a problem with delivery like me call them and complain.

I never got my paper the next day which was wet and this Sunday half the paper was missing and in the street not even on my driveway .

Wet paper and half this week missing and throw in the street and was told it would be replaced and it wasnt .

No delivery of paper for 3 weekends

Signed up 4 weeks ago for the Sunday paper never received one paper yet every time I called customer service they credited my account and assured me that I will receive the paper next week still have not received even spoke to a manager on Saturday 6/5 and he assured me it will be delivered Sunday by 8am and still no paper ill probably be talking to customer service on Monday to see if they can solve the problem

Delivery issues

the delivery is sporatic. when you call some reps are polite and some are rude, like you are bothering them. they tell you they will get a paper out but it never comes. when the bill arrives there is never a credit.if

Paper not delivered

The third day this week our paper has not been delivered. I HAVE already spoken to one of your representatives about the first two times. Also none of the stores in Boyertown have it either. IF You can't hire a new person for this area that fast, why don't you have one of your other employees or even execs start acting responsibly and bring them themselves. Horrible delivery

Most weeks missing at least one delivery and I live in a ledge condo so what is the excuse it is probably not a individual problem

Paper not delivered

For the third time of the week beginning with Sunday May 30, 2021 my Inquirer newspaper was not delivered and no local store had it either. We have to pay in advance for this service. IT is not a sufficient response just to blame the carrier, of course who may be responsible. His or her superiors should be accountable. I do not mean just giving us back credit, but getting that paper to us. that day. The Rev. George Harpel We are both handicapped. Rev. Harpel

No paper delivery again

I restarted my Inquirer home delivery after moving into my new home. The first paper (Sunday only) never arrived. I called for a replacement and was told that it would be sent out, nothing ever arrived. The following week the same exact thing happened. I called customer service and they told me the same thing I heard the previous two weeks. Im almost at the point of canceling and just buying it at the local WAWA.

Poor delivery

Last week it was no paper delivered. Usually the paper is delivered in 2 protective plastic bags. Today, it's pouring, the paper was delivered in only 1 plastic bag and ended up being a wet mess. Not happy.

2 days no delivery

Now, we didnt get the paper delivered again today!! After missing the paper those two days then we received it the next day. Then we didnt get it - I called again, we got it the next day. Now today- no paper. This is getting extremely frustrating!!

No delivery and nasty/rude customer service

Had not recvd. my Sunday paper for weeks from the period of 1/2021 thru 3/2021. Just recvd. a final bill for $23. Upon calling customer service, spoke with a rep who was extremely nasty/rude. Stated that I WILL PAY THE BILL OR ELSE. Sounds like a threat to me! If the cost of postage was not so high, I would send them 2300 pennies in a box.

LACK OF RELIABLE SERVICE

The delivery person sometimes comes and sometimes not. He/she will deliver to one side of the street and not my side. Other times the paper just isn't delivered to anyone. This time it has been four days with no paper and calling customer service does not change anything.

User's recommendation: Get your news from MSN on the computer and never sign up for the Inquirer.

I am fed up with the service and support of the Inquirer. The quality of content isn't so good either. Some days the paper is comprised of about 12 pages.

Delivery issues. We either don't get the paper or on Sundays it doesn't come until noon.The Phila Inquirer is supposed to be a morning paper.

User's recommendation: Unless you're addicted to physically holding a newspaper, the aggravation of delivery isn't worth it.
