Did not get Sunday paper
Our carrier is great and we never have a problem. Don’t know if someone took it but we never have a problem with our carrier. The paper is always there and in time. Thank you!

Poor Service
In the past several months, I have had missed deliveries time after time. I thought it was corrected, since I have had good delivery for a month. Now, I have missed the last two days, and three out of the last four.

Delivery Issues
This is the fourth time this month that I have not received a paper. I'm not interested in promises, which is what I get when I call up customer service. Of course, I usually have to wait ten to fifteen minutes before I even speak to someone. We're sorry. We'll tell the manager. We'll credit your account. We'll send out another paper - promises, promises - NOT. Just get a reliable carrier.

Very Poor Delivery and Customer Service
I agree entirely with the above comment. We have been fighting with the Customer Service Department of the Inquirer for over a year regarding poor delivery. Just last week we did not receive the paper three times and then to start this week off it was not delivered on Monday! Trying to get through to the Customer Service Department is impossible because of high volume. I wonder why! Having the paper delivered is not worth the frustration. If the paper had to exist on payment for delivered papers it would be out of business! But no, it charges in advance. And when you are told that the manager, Mr. McGarity (sp.?) will call you within 72 hours, don't hold your breath. One more missed delivery... we will hold online as long ad it takes to cancel. Wish us luck!

You Have the worst SO CALLED customer service in this city .
With no delivery this morning of your paper, I called to report the missing paper at 7:50am. After 15 minutes of one failed computer failure after another I just gave up. When I called the New York Times I quickly got thru to a LIVE person. This is just one more example of the Inquire turning into a "RAG" sheet. After 60 years of getting the paper I have had with your paper. I will cancel my subscription.

Frustrating and inconvenient service
I get only the Sunday paper with ads and coupons etc. delivered on Saturday. I am trying this delivery again after a very frustrating and inconvenient delivery service in the past. I am 83 years old and cannot keep going outside to see if my paper has been delivered. There have been Sunday mornings when the paper is not protected properly and gets wet and I have to let it dry before I can read it. This is happening again which was one of the reasons I stopped the paper before. I had to ask my son to go to the local WaWa to get the paper for me. I am seriously considering stopping the paper again and not bothering my son to go buy it for me. If this is the kind of service you are giving your customers I don't see how you can continue to stay in business.

Missing Sunday Delivery
I have not received my Sunday paper delivered once a week. I did receive the Saturday delivery with coupons but the main news section never came this morning. I tried to report on phone but was not successful.. If it's not going to be delivered I should get a credit for this week. Thank you.

Your delivery of the paper is a complete disgrace. We have been with you for years and no problem.
Since mid March it has been horrendous. I’ll bet we have not received more than 15 papers in 2 1/2 months. We did get a notice about a month ago that the driver had quit. You can’t possibly find a person, if you pay them decently, to deliver a newspaper.
In the real business world you would BE OUT Of BUSINESS. I can’t deal with the frustration anymore, I’m cancelling.
