I always look forward to completing the crossword in the Sunday edition of the paper. But in this Sunday's edition so many of the numbers for the clues are missing that it was impossible to complete the puzzle. Does anyone proof read these things before they are...

Philadelphia Inquirer STINKS

For decades we've had this delivery service and we were okay with it. But the last 5 years it's gotten progressively worse until finally I couldn't take the lies and poor service and poor product and more. I finally cancelled today. But they'll only refund $18 of my latest renewal. There representatives are zombies. "I'm sorry for that" seems to be the ONLY thing they can actually do or say. They claim to "send out a message" when you say you didn't receive your paper or it's wet or it's damaged or it's missing parts but you NEVER get what they owe you. Delivery persons are apparently NOT supervised, DON'T understand English and CANNOT be directly contacted and NEVER get the correct thing to you.a Oh sure they'll give you a credit. What good is that? Can you read a credit? Can you see what the store sales are with a credit? Can you clip a credit and go to the store with it? NO, NO, and NO!! Don't even bother to ask for a "supervisor". You get some drone named "John" who claims he'll investigate or look into it and call you back. Total B.S. I asked for a corporate number to call and all he would tell me is he IS the corporate person to talk to. SERIOUSLY? They have become a disgrace. A lying, deceiving, rip off of a disgrace.

Biased Paper

This paper is biased, never anything positive regarding conservative politics. The Inquirer does everything to paint a negative picture of Pres Trump. I well understand MSM are owned & controlled by a wealthy liberal who wants to destroy America. True journalism is no more in the US. Liberals own & control MSM. Why is nothing is reported about the corrupt Clintons, the emails, Benghazi, the pay for play Foundation? Do you think Americans are ***? Key Democrats & certain Rinos are controlled by certain wealthy liberals. Who pays for the demonstrators? It would be nice to have some honest reporting. My husband reads the sports & business. I personally don't read anything political because it isn't backed up by facts. I don't expect this to be printed but I want you to know how I would guess many feel.

Refusal to give billing history or any type of accounting

We went to Ireland last August and suspended our newspaper for 21 days even though we were only gone 13 because we did not want to pay for 13 days of papers with their new policy of not giving credit. I received a partial bill for $9+ for some portion of a month. Received a bill a week later saying we owed $25.50 and paid through date changed back to August. Called customer service, spoke to rude supervisor who said they cannot give any type of accounting record by mail or any other means. What company in this world cannot generate a bill with the history of payments? Want to know which government agency I can contact regarding the Philadelphia Inquirer's refusal to give an accounting of what has been paid and where it was applied. Thank you.

Philadelphia Inquirer - Newspaper Review

Philadelphia Inquirer - Newspaper Review
I am a daily and weekend subscriber to the Inquirer at the shore. I'd say at least every other day my paper has sections of unreadable text. For whatever reason these section have faded news print or virtually blank pages in unrelated sections of the paper. This is not what I paid for and it's extremely frustrating to deal with regularly.

Short Review on April 01, 2017

The new crossword author is terrible. I am a life lover no puzzler who used to enjoy the Saturday puzzle. Now I literally can't get even one clue. Everyone I know is complaining. Example:#7 Fortune 500, 2001. Really????Please please find a new author. For a while the puzzles were like Weekly Reader. Now the Saturday puzzle is undoable.

WHAT IT WRONG WITH DELIVERY!!!????

This has gone on for months and months....since last year...a complete meltdown of consistency of the paper delivery! It comes for a few days and then not at all....then get delivered and then not at all!!! It is tiresome and very frustrating...we call and no redelivery. What IS WRONG WITH THE DELIVERY? We miss the supplements over the weekend....this has gone on for the past three weekends...and then the a few weeks ago didnt come for several days during the week and then several weeks earlier then that again and again..!!! Since our dependable delivery person left last summer it has NEVER BEEN CONSISTENT! The worst delivery I have ever had for a publication! Thank you for PLEASE rectifying this! The neighborhood store gets delivery why cant we? They are 4 blocks away!!!

Worst service ever

This is the 3 rd or 4 th time I have TRIED getting the Philadelphia Inquirer. Every single time there is a problem.... It's wet( socked), parts missing, or we just don't get it. And when they Promise a delivery, NOTHING!!!!!! I'm sick of it....if they want to give me a year free....fine....but not bothering at all again. WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Not even this was easy.... I didn't use enough words!!! Says you must enter at least 100 words... You really want to hear that much complaining????? Unreal. Done. Enough. Had it. This is so ridiculous. Absurd. Crazy I'm trying to file a complaint!!!! Not get a job writing for you people. This is just plain ***!!!!
